The Applicants shall arrange to have a Title Commitment or Registered Property <br />Abstract drafted and submitted prior to the approval of the subdivision by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />3. The Applicants shall submit the required $1,525.61 park dedication fee prior to the <br />City approving the deeds for recordation. <br /> <br />4. The Applicants shall move or remove the shed and garage associated with 8409 <br />Groveland Road into within one year from the date of Council approval.
