RESOLUTION NO. 6114 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP INCREASE FOR PETE SZUREK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pete Szurek is a regular full-time employee who began <br />working full-time for the City of Mounds View on May 31, 2000; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Szurek is a member of the Public Works Collective <br />Bargaining Unit, and as such, is subject to the job classification system as <br />established in the Labor Agreement with the City of Mounds View; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Szurek is currently assigned to a Level C pay scale, <br />which is currently established at $18.92 per hour; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Szurek qualifies for Level D pay scale, which is currently <br />established at $19.32 per hour; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Szurek’s work performance has been rated satisfactory or <br />higher by his supervisor; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Szurek’s supervisor recommends that the City Council <br />approve a wage adjustment from Level C to Level D. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a step increase for Pete Szurek from Level C <br />($18.92/hr) to Level D ($19.32/hr) effective November 1, 2003. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of October 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />(ATTEST) ______________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich <br />City Administrator <br />(SEAL)
