RESOLUTION NO. 6113 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ADOPTING A ROADWAY MAJOR MAINTENANCE FINANCING POLICY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 10, 2003, Staff submitted a report <br />outlining development of an assessment policy as an issue that will need to be <br />addressed as part of the feasibility report for the 2003 Street Improvement <br />Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed policy will utilize the unit assessment <br />method for low-density residential property (single family and twin homes / <br />duplexes) and the front footage method for all other properties for roadway major <br />maintenance projects; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed policy is contingent on revising the City <br />Ordinance to allow for the unit assessment method to be applied to roadway <br />major maintenance projects. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve the attached roadway major maintenance financing <br />policy. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of October 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />(ATTEST) ______________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich <br />City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
