MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER 12 <br /> 13 <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 14 <br /> 15 <br />3. ROLL CALL: Linke, Quick, Marty, Stigney, and Gunn 16 <br /> 17 <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 18 <br /> 19 <br />Mayor Linke indicated he would like to handle all of the items requiring the City Attorney and 20 <br />then excuse him from the meeting in an attempt to keep legal costs down. 21 <br /> 22 <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated he would like the attorney to comment on Item 9V as well as 23 <br />Items L and M concerning the franchise fee. 24 <br /> 25 <br /> A. Monday, October 13, 2003 City Council Agenda. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn. To Approve the Monday, October 13, 2003 Agenda as 28 <br />Amended. 29 <br /> 30 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 31 <br /> 32 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 33 <br /> 34 <br />Michele Sandback of 2356 Sherwood Road requested an update on the soundwall and where it 35 <br />fell on the list of priorities for the City. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Mayor Linke indicated that Council had prioritized issues but said he did not have the list in front 38 <br />of him. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Public Works Director Lee indicated the City Council authorized the feasibility study and Staff 41 <br />met with the County and MNDOT to discuss issues and is now setting up a meeting with the 42 <br />Watershed District and will put together a draft for the first part of December. 43 <br /> 44 <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated he would provide Ms. Sandback with the priority document. 45
