<br />RESOLUTION NO. 6118 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />REJECTING ALL CURRENT BIDS, AUTHORIZING TO RE-ADVERTISE FOR <br />BIDS, AND ESTABLISHING A BID DATE FOR THE COUNTY ROAD H <br />SIDEWALK PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said plans have been prepared in accordance with City <br />standards and the preliminary engineering report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the bids for the County Road H Sidewalk Project received on <br />September 4, 2003 are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />2. That a date to receive bids for said improvements is hereby <br />established on January 8, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />3.
