MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER 12 <br /> 13 <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 14 <br /> 15 <br />3. ROLL CALL: Linke, Quick, Marty, Stigney, and Gunn 16 <br /> 17 <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 18 <br /> 19 <br /> A. Monday, October 27, 2003 City Council Agenda. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Mayor Linke indicated that Item G would be removed from the agenda and Item 11B would be 22 <br />heard after Just and Correct Claims. 23 <br /> 24 <br />City Administrator Ulrich requested that introduction of the new planning associate be added as 25 <br />Item 6B. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the Monday, October 27, 2003 Agenda as 28 <br />Amended. 29 <br /> 30 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 31 <br /> 32 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 33 <br /> 34 <br />Jerry Blanski of 2933 Woodale Drive, suggested that the person that makes up the agenda put 35 <br />those items where the City knows there will be interested citizens present to comment first on 36 <br />Council Business to accommodate residents. He then commented that there was a blind person 37 <br />sitting near him at the last meeting who finally left and said this was a waste of time. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Barb Bollum, Chair of the Mounds View School Board, addressed Council and discussed the 40 <br />levy information asking that residents become educated on the true facts and become an informed 41 <br />decision maker when they come to the polls. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Dennis Haames of 5511 Quincy Street asked what Council is doing on County Road I to assist 44 <br />with the noise. He then asked if Ms. Bollum would like to contribute taxes for the sidewalk that 45
