<br />Item No. 09D <br />Meeting Date: November 10, 2003 <br />Type of Business: Council Business <br />City Administrator Review: _____ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6134 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR LINDA MEYER, <br />POLICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Linda Meyer is a regular full-time employee who began <br />working for the City of Mounds View in September of 1982, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Linda Meyer’s Supervisor has reviewed her performance as it <br />relates to the responsibilities of Administrative Assistant outlined in the job <br />description, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Linda Meyer’s Supervisor determined that Linda Meyer has <br />satisfactorily performed in the capacity of Administrative Assistant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment from Step Four to Step Five is consistent <br />with the agreement previously detailed in resolution no. 6013, which covered the <br />terms of her appointment to the position of Administrative Assistant, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment for Administrative Assistant <br />from Step Four ($18.61/hour) to Step Five ($19.59/hour) effective November 12, <br />2003. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 10th day of November 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
