<br />Item No: 9E <br />Meeting Date: 11/07/03 <br /> Type of Business: CB <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution Approving a Step Adjustment for Ken Gammell, Cable <br />Technician <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6135 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR KEN GAMMELL, CABLE <br />TECHNICIAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ken Gammell is a regular full-time employee who began working for the City <br />of Mounds View in August of 2002, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ken Gammell’s Supervisor has reviewed his performance as it relates to the <br />responsibilities of Cable Technician outlined in the job description, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ken Gammell’s Supervisor determined that Ken Gammell has satisfactorily <br />performed in the capacity of Cable Technician; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment from Step Three to Step Four is consistent with the <br />agreement previously detailed in Resolution No. 5832, which covered the terms of his <br />appointment to the position of Cable Technician, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve a wage adjustment for Cable Technician from Step Three ($13.31/hour) to Step Four <br />($14.92/hour) effective August 27, 2003. <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of November 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL)
