<br />Pawn Overlay District <br />Nov 10, 2003 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the Planning Commission’s findings and recommendations at the <br />October 6, 2003 worksession. The Council agreed with the Commission and directed staff to <br />bring forward the overlay ordinance for first reading on October 27th. Because this is a zoning <br />action, the Council held a public hearing on the matter and upon closure of the hearing, <br />approved the first reading of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Provide for the second reading and adoption of Ordinance 711, an ordinance establishing a <br />pawn overlay district at the southwest corner of Coral Sea Street and County Road J. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________________________ <br />James Ericson <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibits: <br />1.
