<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CHAPTER 1118 <br /> <br />PS, PAWNSHOP OVERLAY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION: <br /> <br />1118.01: Purpose <br />1118.02: Permitted Uses <br />1118.03: Other Requirements <br />1118.04: District Area <br /> <br />1118.01: PURPOSE: The purpose of the Pawnshop Overlay District is to allow the <br />location of a Pawnshop as defined by Section 1102.02 of the City Code as an additional <br />permitted use in defined areas of certain other zoning districts within the City. <br /> <br />1118.02: PERMITTED USES: In addition to other uses permitted in the underlying <br />zoning district, a Pawnshop as defined in Section 1102.02 of the City Code. <br /> <br />1118.03: OTHER REQUIREMENTS: A Pawnshop must comply with all lot standards <br />and other requirements applicable to other permitted uses in the underlying zoning district, <br />provided, however, that a building containing a Pawnshop may not be located within 1,000 <br />feet of another building containing a Pawnshop. In addition, a Pawnshop must be licensed <br />and operate in compliance with the requirements provided in Chapter 516 of the City Code. <br /> <br />1118.04: DISTRICT AREA: The following area is hereby established as being within <br />the Pawnshop Overlay District: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, North Star Industrial Park 2nd Addition <br />
