Additionally, the initial notification will inform property owners of the availability of the Residential <br />Code Compliance Handbook, which may provide answers to common situations. <br /> <br />• In the event that the inspection identifies items that do not comply with adopted codes and City ordinances, property <br />owners will be notified in compliance with the requirements set forth in the applicable codes and City ordinances, and <br />will be provided a reasonable time frame to bring the items into compliance. <br />
