Requirements For License: Each applicant for a license shall satisfy the Council that applicant is competent by reason of education, special training and experience and that applicant is equipped to perform the work for which a license is requested in accordance with all State laws, Municipal ordinances and the Building Code. Subd. 4. Application And Fees: Application for licenses shall be filed with the Clerk-Administrator on the forms furnished by the Municipality. The annual fee for each license shall be as established by resolution, as amended from time to time, by the City Council. Subd. 5. General Contractors: A license granted to a general contractor shall include the right to perform all of the work included in the general contract. Such license shall include any or all of the persons performing the work under the general contract, providing that each person performing such work is in the regular employ of such general contractor and qualified under State law and the provisions of this Code to perform such work.
