RESOLUTION NO. 5690 <br />ACCEPTING THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT <br />FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2000 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city staff has prepared an Annual Financial Report for the City of <br />Mounds View for the year ended December 31, 2000, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the firm Kern, DeWenter, Viere, Ltd. was appointed by the City <br />Council to audit this report and they have issued the Management Letter and <br />Reports on Compliance regarding the Annual Financial Report, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed these reports at a January 22, 2002 work <br />session. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View that the annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2000 is <br />hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 28th day of January 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> __________________________ <br />City Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />
