<br />Discussion: <br />Attached is a copy of a draft resolution of support and adoption of the TH 10 <br />Interregional Corridor Management Plan. It is mainly documentation of support <br />for the plan. Based on discussion at the April 1, 2002 workshop, it was clear that <br />Council was not agreeable to approve this resolution as drafted without several <br />issues being brought forward to be discussed and resolved. <br /> <br />Council directed staff to document these issues so they could be brought forward <br />to Mn/DOT and the TH 10 Corridor Management Team. The following Resolution <br />No. 5745 has been drafted based on Council comments from the April 1, 2002 <br />Work Session Meeting. <br /> <br />If Council finds this resolution acceptable and approves it as drafted, staff will <br />forward it to Mn/DOT and the TH 10 Corridor Management Team with an offer to <br />meet and discuss these issues. Council may also edit the resolution and approve <br />the revised edition. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 5745 approving <br />issues the City Council intends to bring forward for resolution and discussion with <br />the trunk highway 10 interregional management team and Mn/DOT. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Greg Lee, Director of Public Works <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
