RESOLUTION NO. 8994 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ADOPTING A MARKET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE HR COORDINATOR POSITION <br />WHEREAS, the City commissioned a market study in 2017 to maintain a <br />competitive pay structure in light of significant staff turnover; and <br />WHEREAS, an inconsistency in the market rate for the HR Coordinator position <br />was recently discovered; and <br />WHEREAS, the HR Coordinator is currently at step 5 or $28.49 per hour; and <br />WHEREAS, the updated, HR Committee recommended Step 5 rate is $35.02; and <br />WHEREAS, the new wage scale would be adjusted for any Cost of Living <br />Adjustment (COLA) the City Council grants for 2019. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby adopt the interim wage rate of $35.02 for the HR Position effective August 11, <br />2018. <br />Adopted this 13th day of August, 2018. <br />lkle44'� <br />Carol A.
