<br />ORDINANCE NO. 696 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REVISING CHAPTER 701 OF MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING <br />TO ANIMALS <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 701 of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled “Animals and Animal Control” is <br />hereby amended by reflecting the moved or deleted language by strikeouts, and added or inserted language by <br />underlining: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CHAPTER 701 <br /> <br />ANIMALS AND ANIMAL CONTROL <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION: <br /> <br />701.01: Community Service Officer <br />701.02: Pound Established <br />701.03: Dogs <br />701.04: Domestic Animals <br />701.05: Raising of Animals <br />701.06: Wild Animals <br />701.07: Violation of Provisions <br /> <br />701.03: Definitions <br />701.04: Dogs <br />701.05: Prohibited Activities <br />701.06: Raising / Keeping Domestic Animals <br />701.07: Non-Domestic / Wild Animals <br />701.08: Violation of Provisions <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />701.01: COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Office Established: The Council shall, from time to time, appoint such person as the Council may <br />deem necessary and advisable as Community Service Officer to work with the police officers department <br />in the enforcement of this Chapter. Chapter and shall be vested with all authority conferred hereby. The <br />Council may provide for such compensation for a Community Service Officer as it may deems <br />reasonable. <br />
