Item 7H, Resolution 5754 <br /> City Council Meeting <br /> April 22, 2002 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5754 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CITY’S CONTRIBUTION <br />FOR BENEFITS FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council adopted Resolution <br />5691 in January 2002 which indicated that the City would contribute a flat dollar <br />amount toward the benefits of non-union employees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, effective January 28, 2002 the City contribution to <br />benefits for non-union employees was $451.00 monthly toward health, dental, <br />basic and supplemental life insurance benefits provided through the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the new plan year begins May 1, 2002 and the City <br />wishes to increase the amount of its contribution to non-union employees. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City will contribute <br />$518.30 toward benefits for non-union employees. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of April, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> Kathleen F.
