In the case of the former Clubhouse Assistant Manager, <br />severance is not owed to the former employee and retro pay for golf lessons was <br />approved at the last Council meeting. This item is before the Council because <br />funds are owed to the City by the former Assistant Clubhouse Manager and staff <br />wants to make sure the Council is aware of what is owed and why the retroactive <br />payment for lessons will appear less than what was approved by the Council. <br /> <br />The Finance Department used the following information to calculate the final <br />amount owed to the former Assistant Clubhouse Manager, Mr. Ron Huston: <br /> <br />• 6/16/01 to 12/31/01 Retro pay 4678.19 <br />• 1/1/02 to 05/19/02 Retro pay 1945.48 <br />• 4/12/02 and 4/26/02 COLA 67.20 <br />• -60 flex hrs (+ 5.4 vac hrs) -799.89 <br />• April Dental insurance -8.67 <br />$5,882.31 <br /> <br />Based on the information provided by the Finance Department, Mr. Huston is <br />owed $5,882.31 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 5789 Approving Severance/Retroactive Pay to Former <br />Assistant Clubhouse Manager, Ron Huston. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br />Givonna Reed
