All City of Mounds View issued <br />intoxicating liquor licenses that are before the Council for consideration will <br />expire June 30, 2002. <br /> <br />All applicants for intoxicating liquor license renewals have submitted their city <br />liquor license application materials, the applicable fee and proof of insurance <br />unless otherwise indicated. The following investigations and inspections have <br />been conducted to determine whether there is cause for the City to deny any of <br />the above referenced intoxicating liquor license applications: <br /> <br />Health Inspections (St. Paul-Ramsey County Department of Public Health) <br />The Department of Public Health conducts annual inspections of all restaurants. <br />The Department of Public Health has issued a satisfactory report for this year’s <br />intoxicating liquor license applicants. <br /> <br />Police Inquiry and Investigations (Mounds View Police Department) <br />The Mounds View Police Department has issued a satisfactory report for this <br />year’s intoxicating liquor license applicants. <br /> <br />Utility Billing Inquiry (City of Mounds View) <br />The Finance Department has issued a satisfactory report for this year’s <br />intoxicating liquor license applicants. <br /> <br />Fire Inspection (City of Mounds View Fire Marshall) <br />The City’s Fire Marshall has issued a satisfactory report for all applicants other <br />than Robert’s Off 10. The Fire Marshall is recommending that the Council delay <br />the approval of the intoxicating liquor license for Robert’s Off 10 until they comply <br />with remaining fire orders. <br /> <br />
