<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5798 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Resolution Rescinding Resolution 5784 Approving The Appointment Of <br />Bruce Madsen To The Planning Commission <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bruce Madsen, 5463 Adams Street, applied to fill a vacated seat on <br />the Planning Commission in February 2002; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, on June 10, 2002, adopted Resolution 5784 <br />appointing Mr. Madsen to the Planning Commission; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Madsen committed to another Wednesday night activity after <br />making application to the Planning Commission but prior to his appointment to the <br />Commission; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Resolution 5784, Mr. Madsen is currently a member of <br />the Planning Commission; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Madsen declined the appointment to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 5784 is hereby <br />rescinded, thus removing Bruce Madsen, 5463 Adams Street, from the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of July, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Rich Sonterre, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br />Kathleen Miller, City Clerk/Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />N:\DATA\GROUPS\COMDEV\Planning Commission\Miscellaneous\Reso #5798 rescinding Res #5784 appointing <br />Bruce Madsen to PC.doc <br />
