RESOLUTION NO. 5805 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE INCREASE FOR THE <br /> CLUBHOUSE MANAGER <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ken Manthis is a regular full-time employee who <br />began working for the City of Mounds View on April 2, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Manthis’ work performance has been rated <br />satisfactory or higher by his supervisor; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Manthis’ supervisor is recommending an increase <br />from Step 2 ($37,145) to Step 5 ($43,700.00) effective June 16, 2002 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council adopts the salary schedule listed herein effective June 16, 2001, and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the <br />Mounds View City Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment for Ken <br />Manthis from Step 2 ($37,145) to Step 5 ( $43,700) effective June 16, 2002. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of July, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br /> Kathleen Miller, City Administrator <br /> <br />Motion by: <br />Second by: <br />Sonterre <br />Quick <br />Stigney <br />Marty <br />Thomas
