<br />RESOLUTION NO. 5822 <br /> <br />CITY OF MONDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADJUSTING THE SEVERANCE/RETROACTIVE PAYMENT <br />FOR THE FORMER CLUBHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER, RON HUSTON <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 10, 2002 the Mounds View City Council adopted <br />Resolution 5789 establishing severance/retroactive pay for the former Assistant <br />Clubhouse Manager, Ron Huston; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this payment did not take into consideration that the Assistant <br />Clubhouse Manager was on paid administrative leave between May 16, 2002- <br />May 19, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the former Assistant <br />Clubhouse Manager will be paid $234.40 (16hrs X $14.65/hr) for May 16th and <br />17th, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />Presented this 12th day of August, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />(ATTEST) ____________________________________ <br /> Rich Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Kathleen F.
