<br />RESOLUTION NO. 5816 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM 2003 INTIATIVES <br /> <br /> <br />WWhheerreeaass, the City of Mounds View and its residents benefit from and <br />appreciate the services and resources provided by the Ramsey County Library; <br />and <br /> <br />WWhheerreeaass, approximately 6,839 of Mounds View residents are current <br />Ramsey County Library cardholders and even more benefit from the Library’s <br />programs and activities; and <br /> <br />WWhheerreeaass, without sufficient resources, the Ramsey County Library would <br />have to reduce its services and accessibility to residents. <br /> <br />TThheerreeffoorree, the City of Mounds View hereby acknowledges its support for <br />the Ramsey County Library’s 2003 request to maintain current levels of service <br />by implementing a 4% county wide levy. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of August, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kathleen F.
