August 12, 2002 <br />Item 08B <br />Resolution 5820 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5820 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A WAGE <br />THE GROUNDS/EQUIPMENT MANAGER <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David Parker is a regular full-time employee who began <br />working for the City of Mounds View on April 13, 2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, On May 20, 2002 the City Council reclassified David <br />Parker’s seasonal position to a full-time, regular Grounds/Equipment Manager position; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a position description has been created and pointed (275 <br />Hay points) for the Grounds/Equipment Manager position. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council adopts the following schedule for the Grounds/Equipment Manager position: <br /> <br />1-$33,600 2-$35,700 3-$37,800 4-$39,900 5-$42,000 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that <br />David Parker will be compensated at step 1 effective August 13, 2002, step two after six <br />months of employment pending satisfactory performance, step three after one year of <br />employment pending satisfactory performance. Subsequent increases will occur <br />annually pending satisfactory performance.
