To Approve the September 23, 2002, City Council Agenda <br />as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes - 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />5. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br /> <br />Council Member Marty asked for further information on Check Number 109245 in the amount of <br />$1,386. <br /> <br />Finance Director Hansen indicated it was for the purchase of a new truck and noted the bulk of <br />the fee was for sales tax with the smaller portion being the licensing fee. <br /> <br />Council Member Marty asked if Check Number109252 was for the Pleasant View traffic signal. <br />He then asked if this was Item B on the consent agenda. <br /> <br />Finance Director Hansen indicated that it was. <br /> <br />Council Member Marty asked for clarification on Check Number109256 for the statement “credit <br />taken in error”. <br />
