To Approve Consent Agenda Item C as Presented. <br /> <br />Council Member Stigney said he was curious as to why he had not heard about a City Hall sump <br />pump over the course of the last six years and now it is suddenly an issue. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Lee said he was not sure why the sump pump was not addressed by <br />previous Staff but said he feels the matter should be dealt with as each time the fuses are blown it <br />costs the City $300.00. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Consideration of Resolution 5857, a Resolution Approving a Development <br />Review for SYSCO Minnesota. <br /> <br />Planner Atkinson explained that SYSCO Minnesota was proposing two separate expansions <br />totaling 36,300 additional square feet but the expansion would bring no additional employees so <br />parking would not be affected. He then noted that all requirements were reviewed by Staff and <br />Staff recommends approval of the request.
