Mounds View City Council October 28, 2002 <br />Regular Meeting Page 11 <br /> <br />Council Member Quick indicated his statement was directed at the extra information that was <br />brought up that was not pertinent to the discussion and that type of action seems to be an ongoing <br />thing lately. <br /> <br />Council Member Stigney indicated it was brought up as being part of budget discussions and part <br />of the discussion is about expenditures. <br /> <br />D. Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 706, an Ordinance Amending Title <br />400, Chapter 401 of the Mounds View Municipal Code Amending Section 401.02 <br />Subdivision 1 as to the Membership of the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />City Administrator Miller briefly reviewed the matter with Council indicating that the Ordinance <br />would amend the members from 9 to 7. She then indicated that, if adopted, the Ordinance would <br />be published and become effective 30 days after publication. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Waive the Reading, Approve the Second Reading and <br />Adopt Ordinance 706, an Ordinance Amending Title 400, Chapter 401 of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code Amending Section 401.02 Subdivision 1 as to the Membership of the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Marty/Quick/Thomas/Stigney/Sonterre. <br /> <br />Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />E.
