To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 5866, a <br />Resolution Recognizing Dan Coughlin for Service on the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />B. Resolution 5865, A Resolution of Appreciation to Mark Pothen for Service on the <br />Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Thomas. Resolution 5864, a Resolution Appointing a Chair and Vice Chair for the Park <br />and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Reed read Resolution 5864. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney.
