November 25, 2002 <br />Item 8F <br /> Reso 5888 Approving a Wage Adjustment for David Olsen <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5888 <br /> <br />CITY OF MONDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT <br />FOR DAVID OLSEN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City recently conducted an evaluation of all cable <br />positions which consisted of creating job descriptions and establishing pay <br />scales. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, David Olsen is a regular full-time employee who began <br />working for the City of Mounds View on June 16, 1999 as a Cable Operator; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Olsen has not had a step increase or cost of living <br />increase since August 14, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is recommended that Mr. Olsen’s wages be adjusted to <br />reflect his performance and tenure. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment for David Olsen from $12.00 <br />per hour to $12.50 per hour effective August 14, 2002. <br /> <br />Presented this 25th day of November, 2002. <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Rich Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Kathleen F.
