City Attorney Riggs indicated that the actual approval is what is usually held over the developer in order to require payment of legal fees and, if the development does not go through, it is difficult to collect. Mayor Sonterre asked if all of the items were past due or of some were recently invoiced. Finance Director Hansen indicated the ones on top are the oldest. MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Thomas. Set a Public Hearing for 7:05 P.M., Monday, December 30, 2002 to Consider a Resolution Amending Resolution 5719 Relating to Interim Use Permits for Billboards at the Bridges Golf Course F. Set a Public Hearing for 7:10 P.M., Monday, December 30, 2002 to Consider the Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 708, an Ordinance Amending Section 1008 of the Mounds View Municipal Code Pertaining to Billboards. Council Member Thomas requested that Item B be removed for discussion. MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Quick. To Approve Consent Agenda Items A,C, D, E, and F as Presented. Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. Council Member Thomas indicated that she felt Council had been clear with regard to the fireworks fee that there was not to be any disposal charge included.
