Page 30 City of Mounds View <br /> <br />703.01 703.01 <br /> <br /> <br /> subdivision do not apply when the minor is accompanied by their parent, guardian or other <br />adult person having the care and custody of the minor, where the minor is upon an <br />emergency errand or legitimate business directed by their parent, guardian or other adult <br />person having the care and custody of the minor or where the presence of said minor in said <br />place is connected with and required by some legitimate business, trade, profession or <br />occupation in which said minor is permitted by law to be engaged. (1988 Code §201.02) <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Minors in Amusement Places 1: No person operating or in charge of any place of <br />amusement, entertainment or refreshment shall permit any minor under the age of eighteen <br />(18) years to remain in such place during the hours prohibited by this Section; provided, <br />however, that the provisions of this Section shall not apply when such minor is accompanied <br />by their parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor. <br />(1988 Code §201.03) <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Violation of Provisions: Any person violating any provision of this Section shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor.
