All duties will
be handled on a priority level, as there will likely be some duties that will only be
accomplished if time allows.

Senior Clerk Typist: ensure reports are routed to the appropriate agency(s);
maintain the stolen article files and reporting; handle purchasing and accounts
payable coding; process license and gun permit applications and conduct
necessary background checks; classify/process and file incident reports; update
and file court dispositions; handle all required state and federal crime reporting;
handle a variety of administrative duties needed to assist the acting chief in his
duties. (90% higher classification duties, 70% of her own duties)

Community Service Officer: copy the necessary reports and information for
forwarding/routing then faxing or mailing as directed to the appropriate
