The roof and flashing shall be sound, tight and have no defects which admit water rain,. <br />and rRoof drainage shall be adequate to prevent dampness, water, or deterioration in the <br />walls or interior portions of the dwelling, multiple dwelling, or dwelling unit. from causing <br />dampness in the walls. Roof drains, gutters and downspouts shall be maintained in good <br />repair and free from obstructions. Roof water shall not be discharged in a manner that creates <br />a public nuisance. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Stairs, Porches, Railings, Sidewalks and Driveways: <br /> <br />. . . <br /> <br />b.
