There were none. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to Adopt the Consent Agenda as <br /> Presented <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> RESIDENTS REQUESTS AND COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR: <br /> Mayor Linke explained that this portion of the meeting was <br /> designated for anyone who wished to speak to the Council on items <br /> that were not on the Agenda and asked if there were any residents <br /> requests and comments from the floor. There were none. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> Consideration of Resolution No. 4683, a Resolution Levying a Tax <br /> for Delinquent Utility Bills, Tree Removal and Miscellaneous <br /> Charges Over a One Year Period <br /> Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 7 : 05 p.m. <br /> Don Brager, Finance Director, reported that the purpose of the <br /> hearing was to consider certification of delinquent utility bills, <br /> tree removal and miscellaneous charges to Ramsey County for <br /> collection-with 199-5 -property taxes-. --Letters--were--sent to those <br /> customers advising them of the hearing and of the City's intent to <br /> have the charges certified to their taxes, payable in 1995. Since <br /> those letters were sent, a number of the accounts have been paid in <br /> full. There are still many remaining to be certified which are <br /> listed on the Staff Report furnished to the Council. <br /> Mayor Linke asked if there had been any changes in the amount of <br /> delinquent charges since Resolution No. 4683 had been written which <br /> would change the amount of the Resolution. <br /> Brager said that a payment had been received on the property at <br /> 5701 Quincy Street, leaving an amount still owing of $2, 100.84 on <br /> 4110 that property. <br />
