Mounds View has the fifth highest ranking of all the communities in Ramsey County. <br /> Mounds View's percentage of affordable units is higher than the region as a whole but less than Ramsey <br /> County as a whole. <br /> Table_shows statistics provided by the Metropolitan Council relating to several housing indicators. The <br /> table compares Mounds View to the fully developed area as well as the suburban communities in the <br /> _ sector north of St. Paul. These statistics show that Mounds View exceeds the fully developed area and the <br /> sector for percentage of housing affordable to low income families, percetage of homestead valuations <br /> • under$115,000, and for percentage of rental units with gross rents under$500 a month. <br />
