Call to Order: <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:40 a.m. by Vice Chairperson, Cindy Carlson. <br /> 2. Roll Call: <br /> Members present were as follows: Cindy Carlson, Rosemary Goff, Brian Sjoberg and Ron Schmidt. <br /> Members Dan Nelson, Delane Welsch and Bev Terhark and EDA Liaison Sue Hankner and Alternate Liaison Gary Quick were <br /> absent. Economic Development Coordinator Cathy Bennett was present. <br /> 3. Approval Of Minutes: <br /> Motion/Second: Goff/Sjoberg moved approval of Minutes of September 26, 1996 and October <br /> 24, 1996 Regular Meetings and October 29, 1996 Special Meeting. <br /> • Motion Carried 4 ayes 0 nays <br /> 4. Special Business <br /> No Special Business <br /> 5. EDC BUSINESS <br /> A. Update on Contract for Professional Services for the Study of Highway 10, <br /> Section with SRF Consulting Group, Inc. <br /> Director Bennett noted that she met with representatives of SRF Consulting Group, Inc. <br /> To establish a scope of services within the approved $25,000 budget. The contract, <br /> revised scope of services and time line as handed out to EDC members for review. <br /> Bennett mentioned the importance of EDC participation throughout this process and <br /> wanted to make a note of the proposed dates for meetings to discuss the progress of the <br /> study process. <br /> Motion/Second: Carlson/Schmidt moved to approve the contract for services with SRF <br /> Consulting Group, Inc. and the revised time line for the Highway 10, Section 9 Study. <br /> . Motion Carried 4 ayes 0 nays <br />
