Mulally <br /> Ramsey County District Court <br /> Second Judicial District <br /> Ramsey County Court House <br /> St. Paul, Minnesota 55102 . <br /> Dear Judge Mulally: <br /> In compliance with Minnesota Statute 410.05, we are submitting to you our <br /> Annual Report for 1980 as follows: <br /> Member Changes: Jean E. Miller, 2291 Hillview Road N.E., appointed <br /> January 8, 1980, to fill the vacancy of Curtis M. <br /> Schmidt who resigned due to health problems. The <br /> first meeting Miss Miller attended was March 6, 1980. <br /> ' James H. Wills resigned because of termination of <br /> residency in the City of Mounds View. To date, to <br /> the best of the Commission's knowledge, a new appoint- <br /> ment has not been made. <br /> Dates of Meetings: January 2, 1980 <br /> March 6, 1980 <br /> December 11, 1980 <br /> Business Synopsis: <br /> (1) In response to suggestions by the public, the Commission considered possible <br /> amendments to Section 5.08, Section 7. 05, Subd. 3, and Section 7.07 of the <br /> Mounds View Charter. (Refinement in language only.) The Commission felt <br /> changes were not necessary at this time, but presented the possible amend- <br /> ments to the Charter to the City Council for their review. The Council <br /> agreed with the Commission that the changes were not necessary. <br /> (2) Reviewed the section of the proposed Ordinance implementing the Home Rule <br /> Charter which deals with public improvements. A suggestion was made to the <br /> City Council concerning proposed Section 26.09 relative to "additional assess- <br /> ments within improvement area". <br />
