Term expires 11/1/86. <br /> First meeting attended 3/9/83. <br /> Charlotte Forsluril, 7886 Sunnyside Rd. N.E., appointed to fill <br /> the vacancy of Richard Lykke, who resigned. Term expires 11/1/84. <br /> First meeting attended 3/9/83. <br /> Dates of Meetings: March 9, 1983 <br /> December 14, 1983 <br /> Business Synopsis: <br /> (1) At meeting of March 9, 1983, the Commission addressed the issue of "Section 5.08, <br /> Recall", in the City Charter, as to whether this section should be amended. After <br /> research, and discussion, no motion was made to amend the section. <br /> (2) At meeting of December 14, 1983, the Commission addressed the issue of Section <br /> 4.01, The Regular Municipal Election, as to whether this section should be amended. <br /> A "Study Committee on Municipal Flections" was formed for the purpose of studying <br /> the Pros and Cons relative to changing Municipal Elections from "even" numbered <br /> years to "odd" numbered years.
