Mounds View Planning Commission <br />Regular Meeting <br />December 4, 2013 <br />Page 3 <br />Commissioner Cramblit announced that he would be resigning his position with the Planning <br />Commission effective December 31, 2013. <br />Associate Heller stated this would allow the Commission to appoint the two applicants to the <br />open seats, <br />The Commission recommended the Council appoint Gary Rundle to a three-year term and assign <br />Jessica Birken to the remaining term for Keith Cramblit <br />C. Set 2014 Planning Commission Meeting Schedule <br />Planning Associate Heller reviewed the 2014 Planning Commission meeting schedule. She <br />indicated January was a month of concern as the first Wednesday meeting date fell on January <br />l'`. She recommended the meeting be pushed back to January 8`h at 8:00 p.m. This would then <br />push the second meeting of the month to January 22°a. The Commission agreed to leave the July <br />and September meetings as is. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Commissioner Rundle/Commissioner Carvelli-Yu.
