<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 327-92 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUESTED SETBACK VARIANCE FOR <br />SYSCO OF MINNESOTA, 2400 COUNTY ROAD J, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 334-91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the request of Sysco of Minnesota for a variance to <br />allow a 30 foot front yard setback where a 40 foot setback is <br />required by the Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />criteria used when evaluating all variance requests; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered that <br />the reason for the variance request is the result of the City of <br />Mounds View's acquisition of road right-of-way at the time the <br />property was developed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission approves the 10 foot setback variance request <br />based on the following: <br /> <br />1. The condition that exists is not self-created. <br /> <br />2.
