<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 337-92 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUESTED SETBACK VARIANCE FOR <br />GEORGE WAGAR, 7660 WOODLAWN DRIVE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 346-92 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the request of George Wagar for a variance to allow a <br />garbage dumpster enclosure at a six foot front yard setback where <br />a 30 foot setback is required by Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the <br />criteria used when evaluating all variance requests; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the variance requested is the minimum <br />necessary to alleviate the hardship; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the <br />reason for the variance is that City Code requires that all <br />garbage dumpsters shall be fully enclosed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning commission approves the 24 foot variance. <br /> <br />Adopted this 6th day of May, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />0/:?/7L- <br /> <br />Planner <br />
