<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 347-92 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE APPROVED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR AN OVERSIZED GARAGE AT 3030 COUNTY ROAD J, PLANNING <br />CASE NO. 304-90, BE SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS SET <br />FORTH IN PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 313-91 <br />AND CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 4081 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. John Engberg, 3030 County Road J, <br />requested a conditional use permit to allow for the construction <br />of an oversized garage (900 square feet); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Engberg constructed the aforementioned <br />garage without a City issued building permit and prior to <br />applying for a Conditional Use Permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 40.10, <br />Subdivision D(6) A through F, provides a garage may be up to <br />1,264 square feet with the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning commission reviewed <br />the applicant's request for a conditional use permit and <br />determined that it was in conformance with the aforementioned <br />conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the requested Conditional Use Permit in <br />Resolution No. 313-91, dated March 6, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council reviewed the <br />request and approved it by Resolution No. 4081, dated May 13, <br />1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at present, the applicant has not constructed <br />interior walls as indicated on the application and approved by <br />the aforementioned Planning Commission and city Council <br />Resolutions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning commission recommends that the previously approved <br />Conditional Use Permit for the location of an oversized garage <br />and accessory structure at 3030 County Road J be subject to the <br />conditions stipulated in Planning Commission Resolution No. 313- <br />91 and City Council Resolution No. 4081. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning commission <br />recommends that the property owner at 3030 County Road J be <br />
