MCUNDS'VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The meeting -was, called to order by Chairman Stole at 9 :15 P.M.. <br />Members preaent: Stole, LaVaque, Larson,r,Lang and Guetaf,eon. <br />Minutes of'the. previous meeting and special meeting were approved <br />as. read, <br />Mrs. Lionel Bacon of 2265 Highway 10 requested proposed <br />rezoning of -Lots 78,79 and 80 of SEki, Section 6, Twp. 30,.R 23W, <br />Hillview Ramsay County from, Multiple, Family Dwelling (R -3) to <br />GeneraLBusinesa (8-3). Consensus revealed a "multiple of uses, <br />but :lc special use. Matter not passed upon because of lack of <br />specifkC use. <br />Mr. Samuel Fried of 2069 Sherwood Road (Phone No. 784 -5549) <br />appeared before the Commission to request proposed subdivision <br />or Lot.65, Except West 175 and South 95' of Lot 66, Except'West` <br />175' of Auditors Subdivision No. 89.
