MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />AUGUST 16, 1966 <br />1^ <br />The regal or meeting of the Mounds View Planning Commission was called <br />to order by acting chairman Lang at 8s10 P. M. Members present: Lang, Larson, <br />Burggraff, Blanchard, Gustafson and Stole (at 9 P. M.) C. Piehoweki was eleo <br />present. <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. <br />Mr. Fred O~Neil, 2325 N. Dale Street, requested rezoning of property <br />bounded by County Ruad H-2, Long Loke Road, and Highway #10 (that part of the <br />SW Yq of the NW Yq of Sec. 8. Twn. 30, Range 23, lying s:,uth of Trunk Highway <br />#10, sub3ect to roads) to build a house and a warehouse to store amusement <br />park equipment. , <br />~jQ~j by Gustafscn to recommend to the Council that present zoning be <br />.,maintained and a Special Usa Permit be issued far one year fox construction <br />i l <br />'~-af a warehouse and a temporary Amusement Park. Said warehouse to be built <br />in the area now. zoned B-1. <br />Seconded by Larson..
