GATEWAY TO THE NORTH <br />INORAM RUSTAD,MAYCR <br />GERALD JOHNSON,COUHCILMAN <br />April 20, 1971 <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Planning Commission was called to <br />order b77 Chairman Stole at 8:05 P.M. Members present Stole Larson, <br />Feick, Burggraff, Baumgardner, Gustafson and llanohard. W. Skiba was also <br />present. C. Forslund arrived at 8:35 P. <br />Minutes of the previous mooting were road. Eallson, 7060 Knollwood Drive, wishes to purchese 15' of his <br />neighbors property in order to build a garage <br />c,i0TI0N by Feick to approve the application for relocation of the lot line. <br />Seconded by Gustafson. Carried. <br />Wi.s L. Anderson, Attorney for T. M. 'Willmus Construction, 2025 Co. Rd. <br />resented a plat for apartments on the SE corner of the Johnson Farm. <br />(E 1495' of S 633' of NE a of Seo.7, Tun 30, R 23, subject to rights of the <br />public in Co. Rd. H -2 and Long Lake Road.) <br />:LOTION by Gustafson to request approval of the plat as presented by Willmus <br />oonstruotion. Seoonded by Burggraff. Carried. <br />Ben Goldberg, owner of the Mermaid Supper Club, requested parmissin to <br />move abuil.ding into the Village front Robbinsdale. 'He wishes to looate it, <br />on County Road Rei adjacent to the supper club to house his o.ffsale liquor <br />.business. Pd. A-4,1- <br />Au....:.a a�G• o-� /i <br />riOTION by Gustafson to recommend that the Council approve moving the <br />building Conte the Mermaid property if the building meets the Building <br />Inspectors specifications. Seconded by Falok. Carried. <br />Robert DoGerdner not present. No action takent <br />(-tr.
