Members <br />Burggraff and Blanchard. W. present: Stole, Falok, <br />also <br />ner, present. <br />Martin oil Servioe, Inu., 4501 !.u. 127th Street, Alsip, Illinois, requested <br />a spacial use permit to construct a building rv e strtiony on <br />the Ben Pahl property at 1925 Highway <br />gasoline service. (no repair or Jtorage). <br />MOTION by Gustafson to recommend that the request by Martin 011 Service be <br />approved. Seoondad by Falo's. Carried. <br />Brame Construction /Bryant Franklin Corporation, 1000 W. County Road D, New <br />Brighton, Minnesota, requested a variance to continue construction of a <br />e ,..inty (90) unit apartment at 5445 Jackson. <br />hTION by Burggraff to grant a variance to continue construction of 90 unit <br />nutes of <br />project on 296.81 x e' plat afson d AYESh_Gustafson, iBurggraff, <br />February S <br />ary rs, 1971. Seconded by Gust <br />Stole, Larson, and Blaaohard. NAY Baumgartner. Carried.; <br />It should be noted by the Council that Mr. Brama altered the,D. H. Bradley <br />sketoh as presented on May 14, 1971. <br />It is also noted that Mr: Bradley did oonsiderdthe subdivision to the <br />west of said property (Nordting Property) y) <br />Donald Babinski subdivided this property in violation of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance. <br />MOTION by Baumgartner to suggest that when a developer presents a project <br />t"o tE3 Gounoil that has not had prior approval of the Planning Commission, <br />that said project should be referred to the,P1annl.ng Commission. <br />Seconded by Blanchard. Carried. <br />Hr. Stole read a letter from Dennis Zylla concerning consideration of <br />re- wording the Ordinance oonoerning garages in side yard. <br />MOTION by Burggraff to suggest that the Council have Attorney Meyers draft <br />as revision of Section 3.4 of Ordinance 67 permit dotatched buildings in <br />aide yard, not to extend in front of the prinoipal building, and to <br />bmit this to the Council and Planning Commission.
