The black and <br />white map will show the location of all dwellings by symbol <br />including the number of units For each parcel. <br />2. Land Use Analysis <br />Objective: To achieve an understanding of the relationship between <br />existing land use patterns, the factors which combine to create <br />this pattern, and the coincidence between land use and zoning <br />classifications. <br />Product: Survey report with text and graphics as necessary to explain <br />and present the analysis. <br />Content: The report will contain maps showing the zoning districts, the <br />amount and location of vacant land in each classification. Land <br />y+s use acreages will be tabulated and the total amount of undeveloped <br />land calculated. Land use patterns will also be analyzed in <br />;elation to topography and other physical features of the area. <br />3. Economic Analysis <br />Objective: To determine the economic function of the Village in relation' <br />to the surrounding area, to provide data for estimates of future <br />land use needs and strengthening of the economic base. <br />Product: A survey report with text and'graphics as considered necessary <br />to explain and present the analysis. <br />Content; An analysis will be madeof economic and other resources to <br />determine the Village's capabilities and potential for balanced <br />economic growth. -This study will include a determination of <br />existing trends and competitive position of the various types <br />of economic activity in and adjacent to the community. This <br />study will also form the basis for judging future land use require- <br />ments and generation of traffic for these various activities <br />thruua .cut the community. <br />
