Members present: Stole, Gustafson, <br />Shelquist, Feick, Burmeister, Glazer, Iia ko, and Blanchard. W. Skiba <br />was also present. <br />Minutes of the January 4t etierr were d read <br />ead andrapapproved. Minutes of <br />a special meeting on o2hry <br />Chairman Stole reported on a meeting of the Northtown Corridor Study Grojp <br />that he, B. Backe, and R. Glazer attended regarding a new river crossing <br />proposed for this area. <br />MOTION by Gustafson to suggest to the Council that Mounds View, Blaine, <br />andOoon Rapids councils oollectivly put pressure on the Highway Department <br />o complete thr'lin'.c between now Highwayl0 at. County Road J and new <br />ghway 10 in Coon Rapids to ease -traffic problems on County Road J. <br />eoonded by Shelquist. Carried. <br />NOTION by:Glazer to recommend to the Council that townhouses be. eliMiaated <br />from ?R -1 classification and serried only under the R -3 alassi'fioatiol. <br />Seconded by Gustafson. <br />Gazer, Ratl.o, Gustafoon,, Blanchard Stye 3holquis.
