fl The regular meeting of the Mounds View Planning Commission was called <br />to order by acting Chairman B. Haake, on Aug. 22, 1973 at 7 :3 p.m. <br />Members present: Retake, Falk, Burggreff, Shelquist, Burmeister. <br />Members absent: Stole, Blanchard, Gustafson, Glazer. <br />Business: <br />Aug. 22, 1973 <br />Raymond Slate minor subdivision <br />Area bounded on West by Knollwood, north by Bronson, east by <br />Groveland, lot 104 S.L.P. Knolls addition. <br />Questions of survey and adequate sq. ft. in each lot, were <br />disowned. Members felt there was adequate aq. ft. in lots <br />but a survey was need to insure lot lines. <br />MSP (Shelquist /Folk) to approve subdivision but contingent on <br />that a survey ba done before oubmitting the requst to Council, <br />to insure adequate sq. ft, in the lots and establish property <br />lines. <br />Passed 5 ayes <br />Charles Novak Grown Auto Stores, Variances and review of Plot <br />Area bounded on southe by Sunnyside Rd. and on west by Hwy. 10. <br />Questions were raised about traffic control as related to <br />entrances and exits, especially along Hwy. 10 and Sunnyside Rd. <br />Mr. Novak indicated that the whole strip of lend up to the corner f <br />of Silver Lake Rd. and Hwy. 10 wan to be developed in the n <br />future. More questions about traffic control at this end of the <br />development came up. <br />Item was tabled until more cv ers11 plan for the whole strip could <br />be reviewed in order to study the traffic pattern. <br />Ver it Beyer J.R.O. Estates subdivision <br />rea ou'nded on north by County Rd -ion east by Red Oak Dr. <br />Disnoi:ssion of high water table in the eraa and of street width <br />of Red Oak Dr. in the event the County upon having Reci Onk <br />Dr. a county rend, should increase the width or the road to <br />f;0 "t. The question of how much of the lots fading Rbd Oak Dr. <br />woulj he taken for the right away. Mr. Beyer .felt there would' <br />be no problem as the lots are large enough that the setback <br />would be taken into consideration for this problem, should it <br />arise. <br />I �w MSP (Shelquist /Hanks) recommend approval of the subdivision as <br />presented subject to the stipulation that the full force of the <br />f p building code, partioulary that portion pertaining to water table <br />ft& location relative to footing location, be applies prior to the <br />issuance of the building permit, due to the elevation of the <br />lots and the water table level in the area. <br />Passed 5 ayes <br />MSP (Shelquist /Burmeister) to adjourin meeting at 8:40 p.m. <br />Passed 5 ayes <br />Respectfully submitted by Nancy Burmeister, for Phyllis Blanchard, Secretary <br />
