<br />The regular mooting of the ;.founds View Planninz. 0oaaisnio;t was celled to
<br />ordor by chairman Stole at 7:50 P.M. Members present: Stole, l'alok,
<br />BurE,graff, Sholquist, Burmeister, Gustafson, lluuke, and ilanoltord.
<br />Dennis Zyl1u informed us that he had contacted three firms regarding a
<br />proposed .Tannin, Consultant, iai.dwcst Planning,,, Northwest Planning, and
<br />A E I Design, and that today. (10- 24 -73) he had asked l,:idwest Planning to
<br />draw up a proposal for a Comprehensive Plan and asking them to present a
<br />maximim cost figure.
<br />Ur. Zylla suggested that e. consultant, if hired, be retained on an "as
<br />needed" basis.
<br />Minutes of the previous meeting were read and corrected as followa.

<br />Bill Ides for Proare,cnod Land, Inc., presented the preliminary .plat and
<br />,•;rode plans for thier subdivision in the Northwest intersection at I -35W
<br />and highway 10.
<br />He stated that the Rice Creek Watershed District had riven preliminary
<br />concept approval to the plat. (lettor dated 10 -19 -73 in i'rogrammed Land,
<br />Imo., folder)

<br />and DENY the variafee. Seconded 1;4
<br />It is noted that lir. Korzitza did not appear and has mode no,attempt,to
<br />contact Ur. Pabst in the past month.
